PRIVACY POLICY
We do not sell, rent, trade, distribute or otherwise share any of our customer’s information or email. We utilize only the safest software for processing credit card information.
RETURN POLICY
We encourage all our customer’s to order samples of a product to determine if it is right for you. However, should you purchase a product and not be satisfied, please return product with at least 80% remaining and within 30 days of delivery and we will gladly refund the cost of the product minus a 15% processing fee.
Should an item be damaged during shipping, we will gladly send out a new product, once we receive the damaged product back.

RUlES AND REGULATIONS FOR MY JEUNESSE GIVEWAYS
1. NO purchase necessary TO ENTER OR WIN.
2. Promotion period. Promotion begins at 6:00 PM ET on February 25, 2013 and ends when @myjeunesse2 reaches 5,000 followers (after the 5,000th follower).
3. How to Enter the Give-Away: Retweet @myjeunesse2’s tweet regarding its 5,000 followers contest. User must also be following @myjeunesse2 on Twitter and use the @reply to @myjeunesse2 in their retweet AND sign up for My Jeunesse’s newsletter thru the link provided from its respective Twitter account. We do not use, sell or share any information or email addresses to any third parties. We simply use it as a tool to keep clients informed on new products and promotions.
4. Give-Away open to legal residents of the 50 United States (including Washington DC) ages 18 or older, except employees of My Jeunesse. ("Sponsor"), the Give-Away prize provider, and their affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies (collectively, the "Related Entities"), and the immediate families of each. To be eligible for the Give-Away you must have a valid Twitter account. Give-Away is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Give-Away is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Except where prohibited, by entering each entrant consents to the use of his/her name, age, city and state, for announcement of the grand prize winner only, and entry by Sponsor without further notice or compensation. Any person who attempts to defraud or in any way tamper with this Give-Away will be disqualified. All Twitter rules apply to this giveaway and anyone found in violation of Twitter rules will be disqualified. No Exceptions.
5. Winner selection and notification and prizes. All Twitter users who follow @myjeunesse2 and retweet @myjeunesse2’s tweet regarding its 5,000 followers contest, (the “Tweet”), up through and including the 5,000th follower. Those Recipients will be notified using Twitter’s Direct Message service, but not until @myjeunesse2 has reached 5,000 followers. Only one entry (i.e., re-tweet) per person will be counted.
The tweeter who becomes @myjeunesse2 5,000th follower, who will also be notified via Twitter’s Direct Message service, will receive My Jeunesse’s mineral makeup foundation for a year. 4 retail size foundations in the color you select will be provided free of charge with free standard shipping (the “Winner”).
The number of Recipients will be dependent on the number of people who retweet @myjeunesse2’s tweet. The Recipient prize is approximately $100 value online from My Jeunesse (myjeunesse.com).

6. The prizes are nontransferable, not returnable, and cannot be sold or redeemed for cash. No substitutions allowed, except by Sponsor in event of prize unavailability in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Taxes, if any, on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
7. All entries will become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. By entering, entrants agree to abide by these rules and warrant and represent that their entry information is accurate. By accepting a prize, the winners grant to Sponsor the right to use his/her name, city, state, and likeness, for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to all marketing collateral affiliated with and/or produced by Sponsor without further permission or compensation, except where prohibited by law. By entering this Give-Away, winner and all entrants agree that Sponsor, Related Entities and their respective officers, directors, agents and employees will have no liability or responsibility for injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of any prize or participation in this Give-Away and they will be held harmless against any claims arising directly or indirectly from the use of any prizes or participation in the Give-Away. Sponsor and Related Entities shall not be liable for (a) telephone, electronic, program, network, Internet, or computer delays, deletions, interruptions or other failures of any kind; (b) late, lost, damaged, failed, misdirected, incomplete, garbled, unintelligible, or delayed computer messages or entries; or (c) any human error that may occur in the processing of any entry, nor are they responsible for any theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, whether caused by the sender or any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Give-Away. Proof of online submission of your entry does not constitute proof of delivery. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the entrant, the authorized account holder of the Twitter account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.
8. If the administration or integrity of the Give-Away is compromised or corrupted at any time, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Give-Away. Sponsor and Related Entities shall not be liable for any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from entering the Give-Away. Entrants agree that the decisions of Sponsor related to this Give-Away are final. By entering the Give-Away, entrants affirm that they have read and accepted these Official Rules. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Give-Away will be ineligible for prizes.
